3 Bedroom, 2 Bath - upper level (sleeps 1-6)  $1,400/week - $100 each additional person

2 week stay - $100/wk discount; 3 week stay - $200/wk discount

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath - lower level ( sleeps 1-4)    $800/week - $100 each additional person

2 week stay - $100/wk discount; 3 week stay - $200/wk discount

CANCELLATION POLICY: request must be made in writing or e-mail 30 days before scheduled arrival and unit must be re-rented for the 50% deposit amount to be refunded.

DEPOSITS
Rental Deposit - Upon receipt of reservation request, a lease agreement will be sent by e-mail with all the terms agreed upon and payment information. 50% rental deposit and the signed lease agreement must be received to secure the reservation.  Balance of the rental amount and the security deposit is due 30 days before arrival.

Safety Deposit - To ensure our 2 homes stay in good condition, for all our guests, a refundable security deposit of $400 for Lemon Tree House and $200 for Lemon Cottage is due with the final rent balance. After departure, the full $400 or $200 deposit  will be promptly returned by check, if premises are undamaged with all furnishings present.
